Student Council Budget Committee Review budget proposals from each applicant Committee will determine funding allocation based on the following: Mission Universality Proposed Events History

Funding will be disbursed on per semester basis Deadline to spend allocated funds: Fall December 1 st Spring May 1 st Failure to spend will result in the loss of funds No more than 35% of the expenses for a Club event may be spent on alcohol purchases All of the Funding Guidelines are available on the website.

Clubs are Eligible for Reimbursement for: Approved Club Events pending the following All receipts for which reimbursement is being requested Completed check request form Attached copies of the receipts Submitted to the Treasurer s folder in Student Services Additional Funding Clubs may apply for additional funding application is available on the Student Club web page Forum Funding Policies and guidelines are available on the Student Club web page Equipment and Supplies Equipment and supplies purchased for the club must be returned at the end of the academic year For any questions or concerns please contact Andrew Clark, Student Council Treasurer

Additional Event Procedures Room Reservations Barbara Burke Campus & Media Services Requests Submit the Request form available on the Student Club web page Requests must be submitted 2 weeks in advance Fundraising Policy Katherine McCormick All revenue must be submitted to Ashley Arrocha after the event for deposit Funds cannot be kept in a private account

Alcohol Policy Must be approved by Ashley Closed campus events only No money exchanged for services or items at events serving alcohol Must ID Student ID with date of birth for confirmation

High Risk Clubs & Activities Activities may include: Hiking, kayaking, martial arts, travel, etc. Liability Release forms must be signed before such activities Instructors must provide proof of certification
