Communion assistant and member of Altar Guild. 2012-2016 Sponsor, Co-organizer, and Nurse for the Downtown Summer Day Camp. This unique program was established to provide a Christian based day camp for children who might be able to afford such an experience. There is no charge. There are no prerequisites. Meals and heavy snacks are provided. This week long Christian Day Camp is offered to children age 4 through 6 th grade, in partnership with the Burmese Karen Worshiping Community. Councilors and programs from Crossways Camps are utilized. This is advertised locally and through World Relief. Participation varies day to day, 35-50 children.
