Introductions were made. Mr. Theodore distributed and discussed the following documents. All documents are attached for reference. 1. School Impact Fee Benefit District Map 2. Contact List of School Impact Fee Benefit District Advisory Committee Members 3. Pages 1 3 of the Interlocal Agreement for Educational Facilities Impact Fees 4. Page 8 of the 2012-2013 and the 2013-2014 Brevard District Facilities Work Program (Project Schedules) 5. FY12-13 and FY13-14 Certificate of Participation Debt Payment Schedules 6. 7. Certificates of Participation for Specific Projects Eligible to be Paid with Impact Fees 8. Previous Use of Impact Fees for COP Debt Service (Collections thru June 30, 2010) 9. Request for Impact Fees Collected July 1, 2010 April 30, 2013 and Transfers from Completed Projects 10. Master Spreadsheet (Consolidated Requests by Benefit District) 11. Recommendations by Benefit District for Meeting #9 Mr. Theodore explained that two separate types of requests would be made: 1. Requests to transfer Impact Fees previously approved, but not used, on completed or deleted projects. 2. Requests for the use of funds collected by Brevard County from July 1, 2010 April 30, 2013, but not yet distributed to the School District. Motions for approval of specific recommendations by Benefit District were made by Mr. Theodore. The motions were seconded as follows: Benefit District 1: Cindy Dittmer / Melbourne Representative Benefit District 2: Cindy Dittmer / Melbourne Representative Benefit District 3: Robin Sobrino / Brevard County Representative Benefit District 4: Peggy Busacca / Titusville Representative All motions were unanimously by the voting representatives in attendance for that Benefit District. The vote for each recommendation, by Benefit District, is shown on the following pages. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at approximately 4:30 PM. RECOMMENDATION 3 AMOUNT VOTE Transfer the remaining funds from Meadowlane Intermediate Elementary School (Elementary School T ) to pay $313,497.52 debt service on the 2006A COP Indialantic / Christopher Chinault Malabar / Philip Crews Palm Bay / Kristine Isnardi West Melbourne / Christy Fischer The use of funds recommended above is in compliance with Paragraph 2.4 of the Interlocal Agreement between Brevard County, Florida and the District School Board of Brevard County, Florida for Funding of New or Expanded Public Education Facilities with Educational Facilities Impact Fees. RECOMMENDATION 3 AMOUNT VOTE Transfer a portion of the funds previously approved to fund a new 10-classroom addition at Suntree Elementary School to $1,044,378.58 pay debt on the 2007C COP RECOMMENDATION 4 AMOUNT VOTE Transfer a portion of the funds previously approved to fund a new 10-classroom addition at Suntree Elementary School to $289,624.79 fund a new Central Area Elementary School RECOMMENDATION 5 AMOUNT VOTE Correction to a previous transfer of $22,232.20 from Johnson Middle School to fund a new 10-classroom addition at Suntree Elementary School due to unforeseen project ($9,778.79) charges at Johnson Middle School after the transfer. RECOMMENDATION 6 AMOUNT VOTE Transfer the remaining funds from Eau Gallie High School to fund a new Central $315,890.78 Area Elementary School The use of funds recommended above is in compliance with Paragraph 2.4 of the Interlocal Agreement between Brevard County, Florida and the District School Board of Brevard County, Florida for Funding of New or Expanded Public Education Facilities with Educational Facilities Impact Fees.
