The @LIKE prject is based n a Prject Type B Applicant that refers t applicants that prpsed structural and/r service delivery refrm ideas that had been implemented r tested previusly and the testing indicated sme ptential fr success and that mre rigrus evaluatin was needed (Attachment A WIF Slicitatin fr Grant Applicatins, pg. 7). The Wrkfrce Investment Act prgram delivers a subset f services ffered by the @LIKE prject. Scpe f Wrk: RFP, pg. 8. Edna reviewed the prpsed scpe f wrk.
