Blue Force SA & Common Operational Picture (COP) The COP is a two-way feed of information, coming down from the Joint level via GCCS-J, and coming up from the Company level via BFT/JBCP and ECO. At each level, the COP is viewed via C2PC. COC provides the hardware and equipment for COP software from the MEF to the Battalion. 4
