This form will become part of the U.S. Army s historical collection and may be used as a basis for further communication with the veteran. The information on this form will be used by historians and researchers as a record of a veteran s history and recollections. Voluntary. INSTRUCTIONS: All North Carolina National Guard veterans experiences are important. By filling out this form, you are educating every historian, researcher, and service member who utilizes the NCNG's and U.S. military's historical resources. Your recorded experiences may be the lessons we need to help protect and preserve future generations.
