APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the regular meeting of Thursday, May 24, 2018 on a motion by Commissioner Esparza, seconded by Commissioner McClelland. 4. COMMISSION ACTION ON ROUTINE AND OTHER MATTERS The Board unanimously approved routine and non-appearance matters under Unfinished Business, page two, item 5 and New Business, pages three through 12, items 6 and 7 on a motion by Commissioner Esparza, seconded by Commissioner McClelland.
