Keep Brevard Beautiful Sustainability Awards Introduction Keep Brevard Beautiful is seeking nominees for the annual Sustainability Awards in order to recognize and reward organizations and individuals who have made significant contributions to the sustainability of the community, the economy and the environment. Nomination packages must be submitted electronically to kbbriverfest2015awards@gmail.com by 5:00 pm, August 1, 2015 and awards will be presented at the annual RiverFest scheduled for September 26, 2015. Eligibility Any public organization, private organization or individual within Brevard County that has brought about measurable positive impacts in sustainable practices are eligible to apply for the Keep Brevard Beautiful Sustainability Award. Impacts should address past or current programs or projects within the following areas of sustainability: economic, social and environmental performance. Who can submit a nomination? Organizations or individuals are encouraged to nominate programs or projects undertaken by themselves or others that are worthy of recognition. How can I obtain a nomination form? Nomination forms are available at the Keep Brevard Beautiful website (keepbrevardbeautiful.org) or at the Florida Today website (http://www.floridatoday.com/) When are nominations due? Nominations must be submitted electronically via email by 5:00 pm, August 1, 2015 to kbbriverfest2015awards@gmail.com. When will the awards be presented? The awards will be presented at the annual RiverFest, scheduled for September 26, 2015 at Riverfront Park in Cocoa. Are there specific requirements for the nomination package?
