The premises was checked and no criminal activity was observed. The officer was able to secure to location. Benton Street Traffic Violation Officer investigated a school bus stop arm violation. Subsequent to that investigation, Frank Morgan (94) Winnebago, Il was cited for passing school bus loading/unloading passengers. Landmark Drive Burglar Alarm Officer was dispatched to a local business burglar alarm activation. Upon arrival the alarm reset remotely. The location was checked and found to be secure. Elida Street Burglar Alarm Officer overheard a business alarm activation. The location was checked and found to be secure. Mitchell Drive Suspicious Person Officer was dispatched for a report of itinerate merchants going door-to-door. The subject were located and identified and advised a permit was required before this activity could be undertaken. They were advised to stop all activity until a permit is issued. Westfield US Highway 20 Traffic Violations Pursuant to a traffic stop, a juvenile male was cited for speeding, 30 miles an hour over the posted speed limit, reckless driving and no driver s license on his person. Traffic Violations Pursuant to a traffic stop, Callandria Mitchell (34) Freeport, IL was cited for operating a motor vehicle with expired registration and operating with no valid driver s license. Smith Assist Co. Sheriff Officer assisted the Winnebago County Sheriff s Police for a single vehicle accident with injuries. Clayton Court Medical Assist Officer assisted the Win-Bur-Sew Ambulance for a

The resident needed a report for disputing the charges. Clayton Court Medical Assist Officer was dispatched for a personal medical alarm activation. The patient had accidentally activated the alarm. No medical attention was needed. Seward Street Juvenile Discipline Officers mitigated a dispute between family members. Winnebago Assist Co. Sheriff Officer assisted the Winnebago County Sheriff s Traffic Accident Police for a 2-vehicle, personal injury accident. Officer was dispatch for a 2-vehicle accident at this location. No injuries were sustained by anyone involved. A juvenile was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. US Highway 20 Assist Co. Sheriff Officer responded for a report of a single vehicle rollover accident. The officer was the first on the scene and assisted the lone occupant until deputies arrived to investigate the incident. Winnebago Elida Street Traffic Violation Aggravated Assault Child Custody Dispute Neg. Driving, Disorderly Conduct, Neighborhood Trouble Officer attempted to stop a vehicle, but the driver refused to stop and a pursuit ensued. The vehicle stopped at the residence of the registered owner, however the owner had not been driving the vehicle and the driver could not be identified. Officer, while assisting a State of Illinois employee, witnessed a verbal threat of battery to the State Employee. Subsequent to that statement, Patti Mills, (35) Winnebago, IL was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault to the employee and aggravated assault to a person over 60 years of age. Officer took information regarding a child custody exchange that did not take place. This is civil matter. Officer was dispatched for 2 vehicles that were reported to be driven recklessly in the area. Contact was made with the driver responsible and they were advised further activity of this nature would result in their arrest. Elida Street Medical Assist Officer assisted the Win-Bur-Sew Ambulance for a subject having an asthmas attack. The patient was treated on the scene by paramedics, and refused any further treatment or transport to the hospital. Retta Court Resisting Officer/Welfare Check/Domestic Trouble Officer were dispatched to check the welfare of a resident. Pursuant to that investigation, Douglas Fleming, (39) Rockford, IL was taken into custody and charged with resisting a police officer. He was

Winnebago Medical Assist Officer assisted the Win-Bur-Sew Ambulance for a Street Mutton Drive Medical Assist Officer assisted the Win-Bur-Sew Ambulance for a Capriola Parkway Traffic Violation Pursuant to a traffic stop, Ashley Huenefeld (29) Freeport, Il was taken into custody and charge with operating a motor vehicle during a driver s license suspension and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was lodged in the Winnebago County Jail in lieu of bond. McNair Medical Assist Officer assisted the Win-Bur-Sew Ambulance for a Cannell-Puri Court Disorderly Conduct Officer was dispatched harassing/threatening text messages. The send of the messages was advised to discontinue the activity of face possible criminal charges. Elida Street Informational Officer was dispatched for an alleged counterfeit $20.00 that was recovered. The bill was found to be legitimate, but was of an older printed series. Cunningham US Highway 20 Assist Fire Department Officer was dispatched for a tree that had fallen due to severe weather. The tree fell on power lines and was smoldering. The officer stood by until fire department personnel arrived. Assist Co. Sheriff Officer stood by the intersection of U. S. Route 20 and Elida Street during a period of power outage of traffic lights at this location. Benton Street Passed School Bus Officer investigated a report of a school bus stop arm violation. Subsequent to that investigation, Ruby Stoneceipher (63) Rockford, Il was cited for passing a school bus while loading/unloading passengers. Elida Street Child Custody Dispute Officer was dispatched and mitigated a child custody dispute. Elida Street Traffic Violation Pursuant to a traffic stop Tinamarie Olson (45) of Stillman Valley, was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle during a driver s license suspension and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was lodged in the Winnebago County Jail in lieu of bond. Jackson Street Assist Co. Sheriff Officers assisted the Winnebago County Sheriff s Police for a welfare check.

5/21/17 17-0876 5/21/17 17-0877 Clayton Court Welfare Check Officer conducted a welfare check on a resident when a response could not be received at the door. The resident was found to be safe and in good health. McNair Building Check Officer conducting building checks located an unsecured door. The location was search with nothing unusual located. The officer secured the location prior to leaving the area. 5/22/17 17-0878 Runyard Street Medical Assist Officer assisted the Win-Bur-Sew Ambulance and personnel for a fall victim. The victim was uninjured and only needed assistance. No transport services were provided. 5/22/17 17-0879 Soper Street Building Check Officer conducting building checks located an unsecured door. The location was searched, but nothing appeared unusual. A responsible party was contacted and the location was secured. 5/25/17 17-0901 Matthew Court Informational Officer took information regarding the tampering with U. S. Mail. A report was generated in case personal information of the complainant had been compromised. 5/28/17 17-0904 5/29/17 17-0915 17-0916 17-0918 17-0921 Church Street Fraud Officer was dispatched for fraudulent credit card usage. The victim had 3 credit card utilized without their authorization. The victim had already cancelled the card, and was advised to contact the credit bureaus to activate a fraud alert on the remainder of their accounts. Prairie Hill Close Clayton Court Domestic Battery/Interfere with reporting Harassment by Phone Officer was dispatched for an in-progress domestic battery call. Subsequent to that investigation, Austin Garner, (23) Winnebago, IL was taken into custody and charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. Officer was dispatched for harassing telephone calls being received by the complainant. The suspect was contacted and advised further contact would result in criminal charges. Mc Nair Traffic Violation Officer while conducting traffic enforcement duties stopped a motorcycle driven by Phillip Golian (30) Rockford, Il. He was taken into custody and charged with speeding, 30 miles per hour over the post limit and reckless driving. He was lodged in the Winnebago County Jail in lieu of bond. Benton Street Passed a School Bus Officer conducted a school bus stop arm violation investigation. Subsequent to that investigation, Gregory Keilback (35) Winnebago, Il was issued a

McNair Stand-By Officer was dispatched for a child custody stand-by. Zierke Court Victory Lane Deceptive Practices Assist County Sheriff Officer was dispatched for a fraudulent use of a credit card. The officer took information and advise the victim how to protect themselves in the future. Officer on his way to another assignment assisted the Winnebago County Sheriff s Police for a domestic related, in-progress call. Benton Street Medical Assist Officers assisted the Win-Bur-Sew Ambulance at a medical call. The victim was later transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment. Capriola Parkway Assist Co. Sheriff Officer assisted the Winnebago County Sheriff s Police in attempting to locate a vehicle involved in a hit and run. The vehicle was not located. ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
