We started Last year by conducting our sixth program Jan 1 2008 with a team of 26 participants from 11 nations from commonwealth. Introduction It gives us immense pleasure in informing you about the successful running of our programs in Dairy entrepreneurship for the budding visionaries planning to venture into small /mini dairy plants at Noida. The program covers all aspects of dairy project management starting from Dairy technology, Quality Control, Project designing, Project Report making, Financial assistance available and each participants was provided with a complete kit comprising of dairy text and comprehensive project feasibility reports on mini plants from 1000 lpd to 10000 lpd. We also award certificate of Dairy Entrepreneur Analyst to all the participants. Our previous batches comprised of budding entrepreneur from Muscat Oman, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Orissa, Gujarat, Karnataka, UP and some representation from the Government of India. The same model could further be scaled upto any capacity of milk processing plant. This program will help all the participants to understand the basics of dairy technology, quality control and feasibility computation methodology. We shall also be bringing in speakers from the financial institution so as to help participants get the risk assessment and appraisal norms understood before they approach various financial institution. Who should attend This program is most appropriate for a. First generation entrepreneurs in the field of milk processing. b. It can also be attended by small scale milk processor who would like to expand their business by setting up a mini turnkey dairy. c. This program also suits to the milk and milk distributors who would like to go or forward integration and plans to set up their own dairy plant with capacity to manufacture various high quality milk products. d. It can also be attended by the dairy farmers who have small dairy farms and who would like to go for value addition by setting up a small milk processing unit at the farm level. About The Program Director The Program will be conducted through Mr Kuldeep Sharma along with his colleagues from the industry and related departments. Mr.

Kuldeep Sharma is a dairy technologist from NDRI Karnal and MBA from Amity Business School. He has a vast experience of twenty years in setting up turnkey mini dairy plants in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Nigeria. He is pioneer in designing small and mini turnkey dairies solutions for the dairy industry in India and Nepal. He has worked extensively in the area of instant milk chilling systems, polypack milk plants, small turnkey solutions for making panir, cheese, Khoa, Sterilised flavored milk, butter, traditional Indian sweets, ice cream and ghee. He believes in keeping pace with technology.
