The same model could further be scaled upto any capacity of milk processing plant. This program will help all the participants to understand the basics of dairy technology, quality control and feasibility computation methodology. Kuldeep Sharma is a dairy technologist from NDRI Karnal and MBA from Amity Business School. He has a vast experience of twenty years in setting up turnkey mini dairy plants in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Nigeria. He is pioneer in designing small and mini turnkey dairies solutions for the dairy industry in India and Nepal. He has worked extensively in the area of instant milk chilling systems, polypack milk plants, small turnkey solutions for making panir, cheese, Khoa, Sterilised flavored milk, butter, traditional Indian sweets, ice cream and ghee. He believes in keeping pace with technology.
