Staff provided very good support to people for them to meet their healthcare needs. People had a choice of food to eat and had support to eat when they needed it. People and their families were involved in planning their care. People could make complaints if they were not happy. The manager investigated complaints and told people what they found. The provider made regular checks to improve the quality of the service people received. People could talk to the manager about what they thought of the service.
