With the exception of the changes below, all terms and conditions of the Desert Southwest CESU Agreement apply to this Amendment, and this Amendment is hereby made part of the Agreement. ARTICLE I. Baylor University, Eastern New Mexico University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Hawks Aloft, Inc. are hereby included in the Desert Southwest CESU as Partner Institutions. ARTICLE III. TERM OF AGREEMENT A.1. A.2. The effective date of the Desert Southwest CESU Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement is 7 October 2015. The effective date of this Amendment to the Desert Southwest CESU Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement shall be determined from the date of the last signature to this Amendment. ARTICLE IV.
