PRESIDENT S REPORT Comrade Marty Keates Handed over to Comrade James Ferguson To begin the first week as president, our manager Nicky and I were on hand for inspections by our fire alarm and sprinkler system team and our branch insurance agent. This info was passed to the housing officer and will be fixed next week. On June 25th the L.A. will have a BBQ. Denis Philippe and I will cook and hopefully others will help out. We still have positions to fill on the committee and will be asking for people to fill the positions. I am sure our sports officer will give a full report and a list of workers. c. LADIES AUXILIARY Presented by Comrade Jeanine Mader (On behalf of Valerie Cyr) The Ladies Auxiliary has completed a very successful and full year and we are looking forward to a summer break. It won t be a very long break as we now return early in August and that allows us to take one month off in winter. We will be holding our year end Barbeque on 25 June 2016. A time to celebrate the great year we had and just enjoy our Comrades for some fun. A goal we will be working hard to achieve in the next year will be recruiting. Some events will be planned to attract new members to our group, thus ensuring a successful continuation in our future. As always, our primary function is to support our Branch in all its endeavors and you may be assured that we stand at the ready to assist you all in any way we can. Hopefully a joint Branch and L.A. event can be worked on in the coming year. On behalf of the Ladies Auxiliary and its Executive, have a very restful and enjoyable summer.
