Sign in and Log in Click on Sign up here! in the blue circle on the lower left of the screen. When you return to the site, you can log in on the bottom of the screen or with any of the sites listed. Setting up an Account Type in User name (email address), password, type in your password again, a password question, and a password answer. Updating Account Information Type in first name, last name, zipcode, and phone number. If working with a Technical College, select yes. Then select Technical College from the drop-down menu. If working with a Job Center, select yes. Then select Job Center from the drop-down menu. Click Update. Career Clusters Interest Survey On your first visit, complete the Career Interest Survey. My Locker Recent Activity, Survey Results Once you complete the survey, you will land in My Locker. On the right-hand side under Recent Activity, you will see a list of recently viewed web pages. This allows you to easily go back to web pages you have previously viewed. Results of the completed survey are listed in rank order under My Cluster Survey Results. Interest Profiler In addition to the Careers Clusters Interest Survey, the Interest Profiler can help you discover careers that may interest you the most. You will see a list of careers that match your interests and a pie chart with descriptions of your interests. My Locker Photo, Name, and Profile On the left side of this page, your name appears with a space above in which to post a photo. Select Edit Photo to add your photo. You can also edit your User Name/Email, Name, College, and Account Settings. Next open a cluster. Career Clusters Career Pathways There are 16 Career Clusters. Each Career Cluster is divided into Career Pathways. There are 79 pathways with each cluster having anywhere from 2 to 7 pathways. Career Clusters Learning Apps Learning Apps are created on Wisc-Online, a digital library of Web-based learning resources, called learning objects. Learning Apps help students learn basic concepts in real world applications. Career Clusters Learning Apps Select a Learning App related to the Career Cluster, Hospitality & Tourism. Career Clusters Apprenticeships Some of the clusters lists Apprenticeships. You will see instructions on applying for an apprenticeship and a list of available apprenticeships. My Locker My Cluster Survey Results Let s go back to the Hospitality & Tourism cluster. A simple way to navigate is to click on My Locker at the top of the screen. Career Pathways Add to My Locker When you select a Career Pathway, you can add it to your locker by clicking Add to favorites and later access that pathway in My Locker. Wisconsin Technical Colleges When you look at Wisconsin Technical College programs, you will see the letters A (Apprenticeship), AAS (Associate in Applied Science), AAS Lib (Associate of Arts & Science), or TD (Technical Diploma) next to a program for the type of degree awarded. University of Wisconsin & Wisconsin Private Colleges & Universities When you look at programs for a UW Campus or private college or university, you will see the letter B (Bachelor), M (Master) or D (Doctoral) next to a program for the type of degree awarded: When you open a link, you will be taken to the main Academic page of the college/university. My Links Out-of-State Colleges You can also save links to out-of-state colleges and programs. Search for the name of a college on the Internet. Locate the college s home page or a specific program. Enter the name of the college and program under Link Title and copy and paste the URL. Click Save.
