section of the Randstad With Heart site for more specifics. Is my personal information secure? Randstad and YourCause administrators will be able to view your volunteer profile and your volunteer history, but this information will only be used for the purpose of reporting and quality assurance. You can make any donation anonymous by simply selecting the anonymous box when completing your online donation in the Shared with the Charity section. Likewise, protecting the security of your data and donation information is a high priority. The same measures taken to protect your employee data with other Randstad financial transaction-related online systems were taken with the Randstad With Heart platform. volunteering - signing up and creating new events. How do I search for volunteer opportunities? Click Volunteer at the top of the page, then click Explore Events on the navigation bar. You can narrow down your search by: keywords location date range event type (whether the event was created by a nonprofit admin, is provided by an external feed, or was created by a community admin) virtual events (events that do not require a location) ongoing events (events that do not have an end date) availability (events that still need volunteers) What if an event is full? Can I join a waitlist? Yes. Event organizers have the ability to create and manage a waitlist for volunteer events. If your event has a waitlist, it will be identified on the volunteer search page and directly on the event page. Can I add an organization? For volunteering purposes, you do have the ability to add your own organization; however, this does not make the organization eligible for other users to search and select. You can add your own organization on the Log New Hours or Create Event page (please note that all events are subject to administrator review and approval). Click on Select an Organization within the Organization section at the bottom of the page, then click Add Your Own. Next, fill out the required information and click Save. This will add the organization to your event, as well as save it in a list for you to select in the future. How do I add an organization to an event I m creating? It is required that you add an organization to an event, so you can either click on the drop down list of your favorite/saved organizations or you can search for a new organization. Can I create a recurring volunteer event? 3

Yes. On the Log New Hours or Create Event page, check the box next to Event Repeats within the Date & Time section. When setting up a recurring event, be sure to set the start and end date for a single occurrence then select the option to have the event repeat for your desired number of occurrences. How can I make someone else an organizer of my event? Once your colleague has been added to the event, you can grant them organizer status. Edit your event, click on Manage Participants,' click on their name, and change the drop-down menu from Participant to Organizer. Can I get my event featured on the Randstad With Heart homepage as a spotlight event? Not at this time, though it may be something that is considered in the future. Randstad US supports several organizations and programs on a national or global level, and these are the event spotlights you will see on the homepage: Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), Ride for Myriam, Girls on the Run, Hire Hope. Instead, we recommend you further promote your event on one of the Randstad Google+ communities -- RUS Great People, BRGs or the community for your line of business. Don t forget to use the hashtag: #randstadwithheart Can my family members and friends volunteer with me? Yes. However, please confirm with the organization and the event organizer that the event is appropriate for family members or friends to attend. They will need to sign any waivers and follow the guidelines for volunteering set by the nonprofit organization, if applicable. Non-Randstad employees do not have access to the Randstad With Heart platform; a Randstad email address is required. Can photos of my volunteer experience be added to the Randstad With Heart website? Yes. You can upload a single photo to your volunteer event through the Add Details function. If you are an event participant and have a photo you would like to upload, please contact your event organizer. You are also encouraged to post on one of the Randstad Google+ communities -- RUS Great People, BRGs or the community for your line of business. Don t forget to use the hashtag: #randstadwithheart volunteering - logging volunteer hours. Does Randstad have a paid time off policy for community service? Community involvement is an integral part of our company culture. To help make a difference in your world and in our communities, Randstad US provides associates with up to eight (8) hours each calendar year to volunteer with an approved company charitable organization or event. This time can be taken as one full day or in two separate, four-hour increments and you must notify your manager in advance. Volunteer hours are forfeited if not used by December 31 st of each calendar year and do not roll over into the following calendar year. Employees will not be reimbursed for any expenses related to the Volunteer Day. Charitable Organizations or Events. 4

Qualifying time off must generally be selected from an IRS approved 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization; if not, the entity or activity must fit the spirit and intent of the policy. Can I log my volunteer hours in Randstad With Heart? Yes, and we encourage you to do so! You can log your past and upcoming volunteer events and service hours (both team and individual). To log personal hours, click Volunteer at the top of the page, then click Log Hours on the navigation bar. While you can log an unlimited number of volunteer hours in RWH, only eight hours are technically eligible for paid time off under the current policy. To create a team event, click Volunteer at the top of the page, then click Create Event on the navigation bar. IMPORTANT: In order to use your 8 paid hours, you must continue to also log these hours in Workplace when you submit your time for that pay period. You should use the Volunteer TimeCode from the dropdown on the Time Entry page. How do I add participants to hours I have logged or an event I created? To add participants, edit your logged hours or event and then click on Manage Participants.' You then have the option of searching for individuals in the community one at a time, or by using our mass upload feature. Once you have added participants to your event, you can set hours for their participation or make additional event organizers. Why won t the hours I ve logged or the event I created save?
