Livelihood Enhancement and Protection LEP KPK Management Training are planned for the month of March. Punjab Skills Development Fund - PSDF HIGHLIGHTS The duration of the project is from March to June with total of 510 target beneficiaries. Around 66 participants trained in the month of ruary; rounding to a total of 489 (96% of total) participants trained to date. The planning for the month of March includes the training of 50 men at Azakhel office and 50 women at field training centers. Life Skills Training - BRAC Institute of Rural Management (IRM) has signed a life skills training project in ruary with BRAC. The Project area covers district Lasbela. The activities of project 'Life Skills Training BRAC' are started in the month of ruary. A total of 1,217 participants of district Lasbela are trained in Life Skills Training. Around 30 training events on Business Nukari ya Karobar PPAF The Nukari ya Karobar project, funded by PPAF, was started in the month of ruary with 200 total target b e n e f i c i a r i e s. T h e p r o j e c t s achievements for the month of ruary includes the training of 46 participants of district Bahawalpur. Credit Appraisal & Recovery Technique PPAF The Credit Appraisal & Recovery Technique project, funded by PPAF, was initiated in the month of ruary with total 200 target beneficiaries. The project area covers KP, Punjab and Sindh. The project's achievements for the month of ruary includes the training of 19 participants on Credit Appraisal & Recovery Techniques. The planning for the month of March includes six training events on Credit Appraisal & Recovery Technique. Punjab Skills Development Foundation (PSDF) funded a project to IRM which is in initial stage. A total of 500 women of district Bahawalpur will be trained as of th 30 June. The project achievements in the month of ruary progressed to the installation of UPS/Generator on centers, delivery of consumables on centers, submission of Training Inception Report to PSDF and preparation of 4 month training schedule/time table (literacy & vocational) according to Tevta curriculum. The planning for the month of March includes the submission of trainees profiles to PSDF, payment of stipend to trainees, submission of Monthly Progress Report to PSDF and regular visits of PSDF team to centers. Youth Economic Empowerment Project As part of the project deliverables, life skills training and business management

HIGHLIGHTS skills training was provided to 34 young participants, MoU with local enterprises and employers was signed, meeting with Employer was conducted providing input to TEVT institutions in designing competency and prevailing technology based module and awareness sessions were conducted as an ongoing activity in the month of ruary. Moreover, other activities of YEEP Chakwal includes the Meeting with Plan and its partners regarding organizing Family Health Mela in Chakwal, Project coordination meeting with NRSP- YEEP staff, Coordination meeting with MFI's i.e. NRSP & Akhuwat and Monitoring visit to vocational institutes along with DMO Plan. Planning for the month of March includes women friendly workplace session with employers, meetings with Employers and TVETs, capacity building of selected TVET, and financial support and provision of toolkits to the trained youth. L i v e l i h o o d E n h a n c e m e n t a n d Protection LEP Badin Livelihood Enhancement and Protection project was started in October with total of 2,400 target beneficiaries of Badin and Mir Pur Khans. Around 407 participants were trained in different vocational trades during the month of ruary, rounding to a total of 1,168 (49% of total) participants trained to date. Livelihood Restoration Protection and S u s t a i n a b l e E m p o w e r m e n t o f Vulnerable Peasant Communities in Sindh ILO ILO funded a project to IRM that was started in the month of uary. The project's target of 60 participants has successfully been achieved, of them 8 were enrolled in Motorcycle Repairing, 7 were enrolled in Peter Engine Repairing, 33 were enrolled in Dress Designing and 12 were enrolled in Machine Embroidery. FATA-DA Entrepreneurship Training Around 150 participants were trained during the month of ruary; rounding to a total of 1,745 participants trained to date. The project was started in uary with a total target of 5,600 youth that would be trained till December 2016. Next month's planning includes the training of 150 participants. Basic Tailoring - Save The Children This project was started in the month of uary. Around 199 women IDPs from Bara Khyber Agency, have successfully been completed their training in Basic tailoring trade in the month of ruary. The project area covers peripheries of district Peshawar.
