Introduction The Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) Program sponsored by the Sponsor holds Initial/Continuing Accreditation from CAAHEP, the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. As a component for maintaining Initial/Continuing Accreditation, the AA Program has on its behalf a survey conducted by the Accreditation Review Committee for the Anesthesiologist Assistant (ARC- AA). The purpose of this survey instrument is to evaluate the AA Program's resources and provide candid information to the Program and to the ARC-AA. Data collected here will be provided to the Program as a compiled report at a later date and no names will be collected. Thank you for taking time to complete the survey; the data will aid the ARC-AA and the Program in an ongoing process of program improvement. 1
