Standards: Identified the purpose of the Soldier Readiness Program; the two levels of Soldier readiness processing requirements; the mobilization processing requirements; the 10 stations required in conducting Soldier Readiness Processing; items to be briefed to Soldiers and family members; and outside agencies responsible for briefing Soldiers and their family members IAW AR 600-8-101, DA PAM 600 and AR 608-1. Performance Steps 1. Obtain all the necessary resources and information concerning the deployment (Paras 4-1a and 6-2c, AR 600-8-101). a. Soldier Readiness Program. b. Determine what the mission is. c. Determine when deployment will be. 2. Determine what level of deployment the unit will have (Para 6, AR 600-8-101). 3. Determine what level of mobilization the unit is in. Review levels of mobilization (Para 4-3, AR 600-8-101) 4. Coordinate with S1 and Chief, Soldier Readiness Processing Team to schedule and conduct the SRP (Paras 4-1 and 4-6, AR 600-8-101). 5. Plan the SRP (Paras 4-1, 4-5 and 4-6, AR 600-8-101). a. Select where the SRP will take place. (1) tify outside agencies of the SRP. (2) Determine who will participate in the SRP. b. Identify resources needed for the SRP. 6.
