Medical Professionals: Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers Researchers, Scientists and Advocates Lyme and Tick-Borne Disease Patients Conference Educational Objectives Assess the stereotypes surrounding Lyme and other tick-borne diseases. Identify those at risk of contracting tick-borne diseases. Recognize and assess signs and symptoms of tick-borne diseases Initiate appropriate use of diagnostic tests Manage patient diagnosis and treatment of tickborne diseases Accreditation In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and LivLyme Foundation.
