Numerous command duties: Command Executive Steering Council, Executive Council on Dental Services, Command Continuing Education Officer, Reserve Support Liaison Officer, Mobile Dental Unit Coordinator. -2D Marine Logistics Group Dental Officer (FWD) and Dental Detachment Commander: supervised dental operations in Western Iraq and led dental officers and technicians in support of 0608-2 deployment. Coordinated with Medical developing triage and medical support teams. -Director, Marine Corps Air Station New River Branch Dental Clinic. Supervised 2 annex facilities, 8 dental officers, 4 hygienists, and 30 technicians/ ancillary staff in support of 11K patient population. - Annex Director Hospital Point Dental Clinic. Managed II MEF headquarters dental clinic. Supervised 4 dental officers, 2 hygienists, and 12 ancillary staff in support of 6K patient population. -Detachment Commander in Support of 8 th Army Medical Brigade-Spearheaded the development of four dental clinics in Northern Kuwait to support the 250,000 troops transitioning through the theater of operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Worked jointly with Medical in contingent medical support for enduring casualties in the area of operations. -Annex Director Camp Geiger- Supported base population of 4K Marines and Sailors. -Promoted to rank of Commander, June 2004. 4

Deployed to Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Southern Watch. August 1992 -July 1993 - Naval Dental Center Parris Island, Beaufort, South Carolina - Provided comprehensive general dentistry to recruits and staff.
