Failure to cancel within the noted time frame will result in a $25/person charge. Equestrian will be charged the full cost of the activity. All no-show reservations, that are not cancelled, will be charged the full rate of the event or activity. Bingo no-show reservations and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged $50/person. Broadfield requires cancellations 72 hours prior to activity. Broadfield cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full cost of the activity. Restaurant Dining requires cancellations to be made 6 hours prior to reservation. Restaurant Dining no-show reservations or cancellations within 6 hours will be charged $50/person. Restaurant reservations will be honored for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time. After the additional 15 minutes have passed, the table will be released and your party will be placed on the list to be seated at the next available table.
