Introduction Registering for Provider Training This document guides you through the process of registering for training courses offered online in the Idaho Medicaid Training Center. How to Register as a New User When registering as a new user, you will need to use the access code IDPRVTRN. If you use any other access code when generating your user profile, you will not have access to the provider training calendar or the appropriate group of training sessions. Note: If more than one person from your practice or office plans to attend a training session, each individual will need to sign up separately. On the www.idmedicaid.com website, hover over the Reference Material tab and then select the Idaho Medicaid Training Center link (Figure 1). Figure 1: Idaho Medicaid Training Center Link Once you have accessed the Idaho Medicaid Training Center, you can easily create your unique user profile by selecting the New Idaho Users - Register Here link located under IDAHO (Figure 2). The first time you enter the Idaho Medicaid Training Center as a new user, you will need to register and complete a user profile by entering your basic information and contact information. You will also need to create a username and password. The criteria for the username and password are listed at the top of the page. Please complete all the fields on the registration page. Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Figure 3: New Registration Form Select the Submit button when all required fields are completed. How to Register for a Training Course Registering for Provider Training After you have logged into the homepage of the Idaho Medicaid Training Center, you can search for trainings and register (Figure 4). Figure 4: Searching for Available Trainings Calendar Search Select Calendar Search. The current month will display, which will show the courses that are available (Figure 5). Some days, more than one training course may be offered. In that case, select the link in that date s box will display all training courses offered for that day. The Curriculum Details will open, providing course details and giving you the option of registering for the course (Figure 6). November 2017 Page 3 of 5
