These regulations may be cited as the Election Forms Regulations, 2008 Authority 2. These regulations are made under subsections 4 (15) and 4(16) of the Nunatsiavut Elections Act, IL- 2006-01. Interpretation 3. Unless the context otherwise requires, terms used in these regulations have the same meaning as in the Nunatsiavut Elections Act. Forms for All Elections 4. The forms set out in Schedule A are prescribed for use in all elections, as appropriate. Forms for Elections of the President 5. In addition to those forms set out in Schedule A, the forms set out in Schedule B are prescribed for use in elections for President.
