Kick Butts Day Kick Butts Day is a day of activism that empowers youth to stand out, speak up and seize control against Big Tobacco at more than 1,000 events planned by independent organizers across the United States and around the world. March 18 th, 2015
Kick Butts Day Kick Butts Day is organized by the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids is a leading force in the fight to reduce tobacco use and its deadly toll in the United States and around the world. Our vision: A future free of the death and disease caused by tobacco. We work to save lives by advocating for public policies that prevent kids from smoking, help smokers quit and protect everyone from secondhand smoke.
20 years of Kicking Butts! The first Kick Butts Day was held in 1996. A lot has changed in 20 years unfortunately, some things remain the same: tobacco is still the number 1 cause of preventable death & 90% of smokers still start before the age of 18.
