1) Introduction Iconic Ventures (2011/002496/07) is a private company that was registered in 2011 in terms of the South African Companies Act. The company s offices are located at Elite Office Park, 748 Richards Drive, Midrand and 40 Solomon Mahlangu Drive, Kwa-Mhlanga, 1022. Iconic Ventures is primarily pursuing investments in Bulk Fuel Distribution. Our investments are directed towards opportunities that will create employment and develop competencies that are required by the South African economy. Being holders of a Wholesale Fuel Licence issued by the Energy, our key objective is to secure distribution rights with oil majors to both public and private sector customer base nationally. 2) Major Achievements in Bulk Fuel 2.1) Public Sector Iconic Ventures has been awarded National Treasury to supply and delivery of Petrol, Automotive Diesel Fuel, Illuminating Paraffin, Marine Gas Oil, Heavy Furnace Oil, Polar Diesel and Aviation Fuel to the State for the period from 01 Feb 2015 to 31 January 2020. The users in this contract include, among others, the Defense, Department of Correctional Services and, The South African Police Service and various Provincial Departments of Roads, and Public Works. 2.2) Private Sector We have also secured contracts in the private sector, supplying customers such as Phadziri Bus Company, Khusi Logistics and Makhabane. 3 3

3) Business Overview Iconic Ventures is a private company that was established in the year 2011. The company is 100% black owned and managed, and majority (51%) woman owned. Iconic Ventures is rated by Empowerdex as a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) Level 1 BBBEE contributor. 3.1) Vision Statement Iconic Ventures aspires to position itself as a market leader in the Petroleum Sector in South Africa, focusing on both the Public and Private sectors. 3.2) Objectives Our strategic goals and objectives are designed to strengthen the company s revenueearning potential, win market share and build a reputable brand. Our main strategic goals are to: Promote efficient Fuel distribution to our customers; Facilitate an environment conducive to efficient and commercially justifiable investment; Create employment opportunities and develop small businesses in the sectors in which we have a business presence and; Ensure countrywide availability of fuel and related products at competitive prices. 3.3) Corporate Values At Iconic Ventures, our values are consciously held and consistently applied. 4) Our Strategic Partners We have established strategic partnerships with reputable players at various points of the Fuel value chain and will be drawing from these relationships in order to provide our Customers with the best possible service. Currently we supply our customers working with the above strategic partners. We source directly from the product manufactures namely SASOL, TOTAL and BP (via Masana Petroleum Solutions). Supplier diversity is critical to ensure product availability so that we can meet our customers demands. We are in the process to buy our own trucks to service our customers in the meantime we have contracted Bakers Tankers and Mzumbe Oil to perform that tusk on our behalf. Most of our clients are state owned entities or departments that as spread in most of the provinces in South Africa. Our deliveries are accompanied with a bill of lading so as to give assurance to our customers that our products have not been tempered with. 5

6) Profile of the Directors 6.1) Mr Vusi Skosana (Chief Executive Officer) Blessing Vusumuzi Skosana started his first business in small business consulting with organisations such as Carl Duizeburg en Gesselschaft from Germany, NAFCOC and National Industrial Chamber in 1998. In the year 2000 he co-founded Vezubuhle Business Furniture (Pty) Ltd; its core business was the supply of office furniture. By 2004 Vezubuhle had grown to a point that they established an in-house chair manufacturing facility. In 2008, Vusi developed an interest in private equity investments. The aim is to buy into medium-size businesses and help them to grow by giving them the necessary support in terms of both infrastructure and finance. As a result of this vision Iconic Ventures (Pty) Ltd was born in 2011. Vusi holds a BIuris degree (UniLimpopo), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Thames Valley University, London) and a Masters in Management (Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation) from Wits Business School. He has previously served on the Board of the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), which is an agency of the DTI, Council Member at the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) - Radiology and Clinical Technology, and as a non-executive Director of the Board of the Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency (MEGA). He is currently serving as a Council Member at the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Medical and Dental Board. 6.2) Mrs Tshiwela Skosana (Finance Director) A results-driven leader in finance and commercial business partnering with experience in excess of 15 years, Tshiwela Skosana started her career at the FMCG company, Unilever as a management trainee in 1999. During her tenure she held various finance positions of increasing scope and complexity in numerous Unilever groups, including being seconded to Unilever Australia. As a result, Tshiwela has managed the accounting function across multiple accounting disciplines, from factory accounting to financial accounting and cost & management accounting. On leaving Unilever, Tshiwela took a position as a divisional management accountant at Eskom, after which she became project accountant responsible for an annual spend of roughly R6 billion. She holds various accolades including being recipient of the Transmission MD s Award for Excellence. Tshiwela lastly headed up the Value Delivery Department (Business Enablement) within Eskom s Group Commercial Division, tasked with the mandate to optimise and leverage Eskom s multi-billion Rands annual expenditure. Tshiwela holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cape Town s Graduate School of Business, a B Com (Hons) degree from the University of Natal and a B Com degree from the University of Cape Town. 7) Conclusion Iconic Ventures is capable of meeting the needs of Customers, both big and small.
