Permission to participate will be granted ONLY to those clubs who return the form to Treasurer Charlie by the deadline and include a state raffle number if conducting a raffle. As a reminder, any items with the name Soroptimist or the S logo that clubs wish to sell at any time need to be licensed by SIA.
