(ii) Initiate functioning of TRI in an existing Government building / accommodation temporarily till such time the dedicated building is constructed. (iii) Nominate an officer from Tribal Welfare Department as Director, TRI with supporting staff and thereafter submit proposals for research studies, documentation, development of language primer etc. for funding. 4.
