SITE INSPECTIONS Exhibitors and Sponsors are free to visit the Conference venue at their convenience. BOOKING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION 100% upon receipt of the sponsorship agreement and first invoice All payments must be received before the start date of the Conference. Should the Sponsor fail to complete payments prior to the commencement of the Conference the Organizer will be en tled to cancel the reserva on while cancella on will be subject to cancella on fees as determined below Op on 1: Payment by cheque (for India based companies only). Op on 2: Payment by Bank Transfer. Bank account details to be advised later. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee. CONTRACTS & CONFIRMATION (SPONSORS) Once a Sponsorship Booking Form is received a contract will be sent to you for signature with an accompanying invoice. This contract should be signed and returned with a 60% deposit payment to the Sponsorship. Upon receipt of the Sponsorship Booking Form the organizer will reserve the items listed. Comple on of the Booking Form by the Sponsor shall be considered as a commitment to purchase the items.
