He was nominated as the UN Environment (UNEP) Regional Representative for Major Groups and Stakeholders (Civil Society ) for West Asia Region during the UNEP Consultative Meeting (November 2015- Present) -Beirut. He has been involving with Climate Change issues and climate policy since the year 2010 which his participating during the Convention of Parties for Biodiversity COP10 in Nagoya Japan as well as he has attend the Doha climate Change conference COP 18 in Doha 2012. He also participated at the United Nations Environment Assembly session one and two (UNEA 1 & UNEA 2) in UNEP Headquarter in Nairobi in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He was appointed as the Chairman of International Youth Council Chapter in Yemen in 2012 as well as the National Coordinator of Arab Youth Climate Movement in Yemen since 2013.He is also one of the UNEP TUNZA Youth Advisory council for the West Asia region. He was nominated as one the Global Environment Outlook Experts GEO-6 for the West Asia region.he has a huge participation in Environment, Sustainable Development as well as Youth Development. In addition, He has participated and involved in reporting of the Arab High level Forum for Sustainable development 2014 organized by UNESCWA and UNEP. He has also worked as an advisor for Non -Government Organization locally in Yemen and in the Arab Region especially for Sustainable development policy and development Projects. He has conducted numerous training on Youth development, Education for Sustainable Development and participated in tens of international conferences, summits, workshops, round tables, in Europe, Africa, Asia and MENA.
