4 th Annual Show Me State Annual Conference Presented by: Association of Missouri Nurse Practitioners The Association of Missouri Nurse Practitioners is pleased to invite you to our third annual conference on August 4, 2018 at the Kansas City Airport Marriott in Kansas City, MO. There will be pre-conference workshops offered the evening of August 3, 2018. This organization is solely dedicated to Advanced Practice Nurses across the state of Missouri. The goal it to unite APRN s in the state and the nation and advance the role of the advanced practice registered nurse through leadership, legislative activities and continuing education while promoting and advocating for excellence. The conference will have 7 contact hours of continuing education (CE) available with 3 of those planned as pharmacology. Preconference workshops provide the opportunity for an additional 3 CEs. Conference and preconference topics include: Coding and Billing, Radiology Interpretation, Aesthetics Injecting with live demonstrations, EKG Interpretation, Pharmacology, Population Health and the Role of the NP, Political Action and Legislative UpDate, Dermatology Medical and Cosmetic Aesthetics, Migraine, Psych, Pharmacology. We hope that you will be able to attend this Conference. It will be a great time of professional networking and friendships, as well as information and education. The room rate is valid for two days prior to the event and two days post event for those of you that would like to bring your family for a last getaway before school starts. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES Cancellations: All cancellations require written notification to AMNP at amnp.edu@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your AMNP conference registration, please cancel your housing reservation. AMNP has the right to remove any housing reservations within the AMNP Housing Block that are not supported by the AMNP conference registrations. Refunds: Refunds on paid registrations will be issued for written cancellation requests received via email or mail no later than July 20, 2018. All refunds will be issued for the paid registration minus a $50 administrative fee. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event AMNP should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the AMNP 2017 conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond AMNP s control, AMNP s liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid to AMNP. RETURNED CHECKS: An administrative fee of $35 will be charged for all checks return to AMNP for insufficient funds. NO SHOWS: If you do not cancel in writing to AMNP and do not attend, you are responsible for payment.
