The populaion he enire saff Islamic Azad Universiy sudy 0 formed in he year 90-9. Proporional o size sampling mehod, he sample was seleced. Cochran's sample size formula for sample size 6 paiens was obained. Means a quesionnaire survey in wo pars, he firs par he second par demographic characerisics and culural needs employees was formed. Validiy and reliabiliy based on Cronbach's alpha coefficien experienced pressors and 8/0 esimae was confirmed. Boh descripive and inferenial daa analysis variance es was performed. The resuls showed ha he average in each he dimensions necessary o religious ideas, he enerainmen - leisure, social, media, spors and culure - ar was above average. Resuls also showed no n differences in demographic variables a he culural needs sudens.
