The populaion he enire saff Islamic Azad Universiy sudy 0 formed in he year 90-9. Proporional o size sampling mehod, he sample was seleced. Cochran's sample size formula for sample size 6 paiens was obained. Means a quesionnaire survey in wo pars, he firs par he second par demographic characerisics and culural needs employees was formed. Validiy and reliabiliy based on Cronbach's alpha coefficien experienced pressors and 8/0 esimae was confirmed. Boh descripive and inferenial daa analysis variance es was performed. The resuls showed ha he average in each he dimensions necessary o religious ideas, he enerainmen - leisure, social, media, spors and culure - ar was above average. Resuls also showed no n differences in demographic variables a he culural needs sudens. Needs an imporan role in he formulaion objecives and organizaional planning, paricularly on college campuses is because no noice deficiencies, he possibiliy uning he program, or program is fuile o plan.
