Regulatory Pressures intention to use all available commissioning levers in 2015/16 to help secure comprehensive adoption of digital standards The NHS England Board The 2015/16 NHS Standard Contract states that acute providers must send discharge summaries electronically by October 2015 and strongly recommends the use of professionally agreed standard headings. GP Systems of Choice contract undergoing amendment to require primary care systems to receive Interoperability ToolKit (ITK) Transfer of Care electronic messages. 22
