Complete the below details in full, prior to forwarding to your Referee, to ensure that this assessment is successfully matched to your application/s at the Hospitals. 3. Perform a daily round of his/her patients when rostered for duty. Consult with the Associate Unit Manager (nursing) of the ward regarding treatment of patients.
