ILEAD EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION MISSION ilead Education is organized and operated to manage, guide, direct, and promote public charter schools, and to conduct educational activities to support public school students. THE AWARDS In furtherance of its mission to support public school students, ilead Education offers scholarships to eligible students enrolled in an ilead affiliated public charter school who will be attending accredited, degree-granting, college or university in Fall [2019]. ELIGIBILITY The ilead Education Scholarship will be awarded to students who meet the following requirements: 1. Eligible to graduate from an ilead affiliated public charter school in Spring [2019]; 2. Are age twenty-one or younger on the date of the award; and 3. Will be enrolled in an accredited, degree-granting, college or university for Fall [2019]. APPLICATION DIRECTIONS Please complete the following application form and enclose all of the necessary documentation in one, large envelope. The application must be postmarked by this date in order to meet the deadline. You will receive a letter [OR EMAIL] confirming that your application has been received.

If you need additional space to complete a response, please reference an attached sheet of paper. SELECTION OF WINNERS The Scholarship Selection Committee will select the winners based on an applicant s merit, service to their community and response to the essay below.
