OAS Scholarship and Training Programs 1962 2010 Scholarships for undergraduate and graduate studies, as well as professional development programs in institutions from around the world. 1958 Scholarships for short or medium-term, intensive, non-academic courses and training programs offered through a cost-sharing program with partner institutions. Scholarships for Master and Doctoral level studies in an OAS member state with a Special Caribbean Scholarships Program (SPECAF) for the last two years of undergraduate studies to citizens/permanent residents from the English-speaking Caribbean and Suriname.

Master s, doctoral studies and specializations in engineering, science, and health. Over 200+ programs are offered in English. 100 scholarships are exclusively for students from Central America and the Caribbean. Benefits: Financial contribution towards living expenses. Basic medical insurance while in Mexico. A one-time grant of $1,200 USD (OAS) to be disbursed when the student arrives at the university, only for a limited number of awardees. Possibility of carrying out part of the studies at institutions outside of Mexico. Possibility of obtaining total or partial enrollment fee discounts in Mexican universities that belong to the OAS Consortium of Universities.
Over 600+ Master's and/or a Doctoral study programs available Student can apply to up to three Master s or Doctoral programs at different universities Over 60+ universities located in a different region of Brazil. Benefits: Full tuition waiver (program cost). Partial monthly stipend for living expenses, taking as reference the value of CAPES as the minimum. (Covered by host universities). A one-time grant of $1,200 USD (OAS) to be disbursed once the student arrives at the university, to the first 150 ranked candidates. Portuguese language support. Benefits are available for up to 24 months for Master's and 48 months for Doctorate degrees.
Chinese language studies, Bachelor s Master s and/or Doctoral programs available in a wide range of areas. For applicants with no command of Chinese, language courses are offered for 1-2 years Some post-graduate programs are taught in English. Study opportunities are offered across China. Programs last from 1-5 years, based on the applicant s program of study Benefits Include: Full tuition waiver and registration fee (program cost) Basic learning materials fee Accommodation on campus Medical Insurance Monthly living allowance based on student s level of study
