Convening the Board In accordance with DoD Directive 1225.07, certified current as of April 23, 2007, the JSRCFB held a meeting at 0900 10000 (MT) on Thursday, February 25 th, 2016 via teleconference and in house participation. Joint Projects (2016), 1) ANG Project #CRWU062003 Repair Hangar 909 (W/ARNG & USAF) No funding available for 2016. 2) COARNG Project #080057 Northwest Metro Denver Readiness Center COARNG has this project in number #1 in LRCP list. 3) COARNG Project #080222 JFHQ/USPFO Consolidation (W/ANG) COARNG has this project in number #2 in LRCP list. 5) USAR Project #12653, Fort Carson USARC Possible Joint AFRC with COARNG 6) USAR Project #12648, ECS # 42 Replacement at Fort Carson Possible Joint AFRC with COARNG or DPW Unilateral Projects (2016) 1) USAR Project #12657 Butts AAF Hangar Replacement Project is cancelled per USAR. 4) COARNG Project #080295 Joint Training Complex and Readiness Center COARNG has this project in FYDP now and moving forward as a unilateral project. USNR was committed to complete BFR and prepare DD1391 to continue as a joint project. D. Project Summaries 1. See attachment for complete project list 2. Number of projects presented for review: 34 3. See attachment for the number of projects recommended for joint and unilateral construction E. Project Listing 34 projects were presented and reviewed in total. 9 projects out of 34 were previously approved as unilateral projects during 2015 JSRCFB meetings.
F. Project Recommendations Currently COARNG is pursuing Joint Training Complex & Readiness Center (project # 080295) as a unilateral project. Basing action has been submitted to NG for review. There is a wide array of possibilities between COARNG and Buckley AF in pursuing projects such as Unheated Aircraft Storage Hangar (#080220), New National Guard Readiness Center (#080537) and any other future projects. COARNG is initiating acquiring a parcel in South Metro Denver (approximately 20 acres) for the construction of new Facilities. COARNG is also initiating acquiring a parcel in North/East Denver Area for the future JFHQ. G. Other Business 1. COARNG is, as always open to collaborate with any other JSRCFB members on potential projects in Colorado and will always try to be in frequent contact and share the updates. 2. Fort Carson bldg. #8010 is vacant and Carson is taking over. Bldg # 8110 is converted to readiness center from old MATES. DPW has interest in resuming control. The 88 th RSC is interested in using bldg. # 8110. 3. The USAR / 88 th RSC wanted to discuss with the Fort Carson DPW to acquire any possibly vacant building in the future. 4. The Colorado Army National Guard will chair future meetings. This was announced at the end of the meetings and no comments were admitted. H.
