Gran-Con November 22-23 In today s world, things are changing so rapidly, that grandparents, parents, and kids often seem to be speaking different languages. With this in mind, Sea Island has created Gran-Con, a two-day event designed to encourage the two grands to connect, building a bridge for dialogue between grandparents and grandchildren. Subject matter experts from different fields will discuss a variety of topics including: l Ways to communicate via social media, texting, etc. ensuring that what you think you are communicating you actually are l Subjects for communication such as the relatively new but fast-growing world of esports l Tips about how to live longer, healthier lives that are applicable across generations l Ensuring that the values of the family continue through the generations in the way they distribute their wealth. Learn more and see speaker bios at www.gran-con.com. Reservations required.
