We hope you mark your calendar and plan to join us in Big Sky, Montana from June 19-21, 2016. Various levels of sponsorship opportunities are available to fit a variety of budgets and provide your company with added exposure during the Convention. Sponsors are invited to attend the general sessions to hear outstanding speakers and visit with prospective clients. As a Convention sponsor, you will receive a ribbon on your badge to convey your sponsor status. In addition, sponsors receive significant exposure through all advance promotional materials and in the official convention program distributed to all convention attendees. Sponsors also receive recognition of their contributions on prominently displayed signage. HOTEL INFORMATION The Convention will be held at the Big Sky Resort located at 50 Big Sky Resort Road in Big Sky Montana. Golf Scramble Big Sky Golf Course 2100 Black Otter Road 1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start Cost is $150 per person Transportation is on your own. The course is approx. 8 miles (20 minutes) from Big Sky Resort. Participation in this year s golf scramble will allow you the opportunity to meet with the attendees in a relaxed and beautiful setting. P O L I C I E S The 2016 Bankers Convention Committee reserves the right to assign all tables. Only companies that have paid in full will be assigned a table no exceptions. Every effort will be made to avoid placing an exhibitor next to their competitor. Confirmation of table space and a copy of the floor plan will be sent to all exhibitors approximately one month prior to the conference.
