Theme Ancient manuscripts, a treasure that behold the glorious past of Indian culture are of great research value. But this unique invaluable pool of knowledge is under threat as these manuscripts are disappearing at an alarming rate. As libraries play a vital role in preservation and management of these manuscripts, they need to be revamped completely under latest technological facilities. Though libraries have witnessed drastic changes in past couple of decades, LIS professionals need to open up more broadly to innovative concepts for maximum utilization of its resources and services in digital environment. This conference is an attempt to bring forth all the concerns, innovative ideas and strategies of LIS professionals and managers that aim to make Indian libraries the most promising place. Rediscover the Indian in you in relation with being a part of library that preserves rich heritage of Indian culture. Give feathers to innovative ideas and redefine the Role of Libraries in Indian Culture and Management in this digital era. Human Resource Management, Performance Evaluation Change Management, Talent Development About MLSU Mohanlal Sukhadia University (erstwhile University) at, Rajasthan (India) is a UGC recognized multi-faculty affiliating state university established by an Act in the year 1962 to cater the needs of higher education in Southern Rajasthan. The University has 33 departments under four constituent colleges. The university has more than 193 affiliated colleges with an enrolment of about 1.1 lakh students. As a mark of respect in the memory of late Sri Mohanlal Sukhadia the architect of modern Rajasthan, the university was renamed as Mohanlal Sukhadia University in 1984. Library University College of Science, MLSU The college library was established with the college in 1962. Today this library is a happening place. It is an e-library for browsing and accessing e-resources. It has recently been renovated and is now under CCTV Surveillance. UDAIPUR The city of lakes, is a beautiful city situated in the lap of Aravalli Range of Rajasthan, India. is regarded as one of the most romantic cities of the world and subsequently, also known as the Venice of East. has been capital of Mewar of centuries. It is the land of lake side scenic sights, hilltop fortresses, and luxuriant gardens with fountains. The surrounding has many attractions such as world famous Jaisamand lake (50K.M.), Kumbhalgarh Fort (85K.M.), Ranakpur Jain Temple (90K.M.), Nathdwara (48K.M.), Chittorgarh (105K.M.). The climate of is very pleasant in the month of April. The temperature varies between 25-30 Degree Celsius.

About Shrut Samvardhan Sansthan, Meerut Shrut Samvardhan Sansthan, Meerut was formed in 1996 and clubbed other institutes i.e. Shantisagar Chhani Granthmala, Budhana and Prachya Sraman Bharti, Muzafarnagar. Shrut Samvardha Sansthan the key centre of academic activities is blessed by Acharya GyanSagar Maharaj. Recently this Sansthan has published approx. 200 books on Indology especially in the field of Jainology. It is also involved in organizing conferences/seminars/workshops to promote Indian Culture. For continuation of these academic activities Sansthan is providing 5 Important Prizes every year to scholars. At present 76 scholars received the Shrut Samvardhan Sansthan Prizes worth Rs 51000/- each. In addition Sansthan has also launched a Special Prize named Upadhayay GyanSagar Shrut Samvardhan Puruskar worth Rs. one Lac (Now increased to Rs. 5 Lac). Bhartiya Gyanpeth, PadmShri Rajarshri Virendra Hegdeji (Dharmsthal) and Eminent personality in the field of Law, Prof. Laxmimal Singhvi (Delhi) were the recipient of this award. The Research Journal GyanDeshna is also published by this Sansthan under Chief Editorship of Prof. Anupam Jain, Eminent Professor of Mathematics and Scholar of Jainology (Indore). Sansthan President Shri Hans Kumar Jain, Meerut and Dy. Librarian of Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi are the editors of this Journal. Muni GyanSagar Maharaj 25th Initiation Ceremony Committee is formed by the Sansthan. About ISST Intellectuals Society for Socio-Techno Welfare (ISST) was established in 2009 with a mission to build a globally accepted intellectual potential among the youths, academicians and researchers. ISST s vision is to become one of the leading organizations, whose training programs and publications are globally accepted. To give pace to its working, ISST undertakes aids, co-coordinates, and augments research in various enumerated subjects of Sciences, Engineering, Management & Social Sciences. It organizes Lectures, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Training Programs and Audio-visual programs for the students, academicians and working professionals. How to Submit Paper: Original papers on the mentioned sub-themes or related themes are invited from students, researchers, academicians, LIS professional, managers and interested IT professionals. You are requested to submit an electronic copy of the full length paper at rlicm2014@gmail.com. Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation The papers should be based on research surveys, case studies or action plans between 3000-3500 words in length including tables, diagrams, etc. Text should be printed in Times New Roman with font size 12, typed in 1.5 spaces. Text should be typed in A4 paper with standard margins (2.54 cm in all four sides). Also, each paper should contain an abstract, upto ten keywords, body of the paper, conclusion and references. The paper should also contain the author(s) name, title, organization, address, telephone, and E-mail address. All references should be presented according to the APA Style only. All papers submitted shall be subjected to blind review by a technical committee. Based on paper evaluation report, paper shall be accepted for publication/presentation and Best written and Best presented Paper Award respectively in each categories.
