CAPITAL BLUESTONE HAS PROJECTS IN THE PIPELINE ACROSS A RANGE OF WOOLOOWARE BAY Set to be an exciting new hub in the Sutherland Shire, Woolooware Bay is one of the largest waterfront transformations currently underway in Sydney. In a joint venture partnership with the Cronulla Sharks Club, the project will offer an exciting new shopping precinct, foreshore parklands, sporting facilities and a vibrant resort-style residential community, it will be a place for locals to connect, experience and to truly call home. ANTICIPATED END PROJECT VALUE IS $750 MILLION. VERIDIAN KOGARAH Currently in the planning stage, this project is a joint venture with Kogarah RSL Club which will deliver a rejuvenated club, over 2000m 2 of commercial and more than 200 apartments. ANTICIPATED END PROJECT VALUE OF $143 MILLION. PARKLAND ESTATE Located in Rouse Hill, this development is currently in the planning stage. Comprising a mix of 62 terrace homes and 618 apartments to be delivered over 6 stages. The commencement of construction for Stage One is anticipated for the final quarter 2015. ANTICIPATED END PROJECT VALUE IS $538 MILLION. ESPLANADE NORWEST Due to commence construction in January 2016 and located on a picturesque man-made lake, The Esplanade offers world class office, retail and dining precincts and 250 high quality apartments over two towers. ANTICIPATED END PROJECT VALUE OF $262 MILLION.

COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, RETAIL, HOTEL AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS. SDA WAHROONGA A proposed joint venture with Sydney Adventist Church and located within the Adventist site at Wahroonga, this project is master plan approved for 200 apartments and is likely to go to market in 2016. ANTICIPATED END PROJECT VALUE OF $143 MILLION. CLUB MARCONI A joint venture with Club Marconi to redevelop private recreation land. The project involves rezoning the land to mixed use for residential, retail, retirement, new club and hospitality spaces as well as sporting facilities. It is proposed the project will be developed over five stages across 7-9 years. PICCADILLY ESTATE Located in Riverstone, this project is 102 lot land subdivision adjacent to Eden Grange Estate. Due to commence in October 2015. ANTICIPATED END PROJECT VALUE OF $42 MILLION. BUNYA NORWEST Proposed 11,000-12,000m 2 strata accommodation with 400-500 cars. Features an impressive entry foyer and full height glass atrium as well as executive club, cafe, restaurant, concierge, meeting rooms and recreational facilities. CENTURY ESTATE 50 A-Grade office accommodation over five levels and 7,000m 2 with parking facilities for 368 cars, currently being reviewed for further redevelopment potential for integrated mixed use residential, commercial and retail development.
