The Breakthrough Cyber Café Terms And Conditions Smoking Dale House is a no smoking building., smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Breakthrough service. Drugs & Alcohol Use of illegal drugs and alcohol is not permitted when accessing the service. Membership could be withdrawn from anyone using or carrying drugs/alcohol whilst accessing Breakthrough. Also anyone coming to the Breakthrough project who shows signs of being intoxicated or under the influence of illeagal substances will be asked to leave. A review may be necessary before being allowed back into the service. Equal Opportunities No member will receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of their race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, nationality, disability, gender, age or sexuality. Anyone accessing the service is expected to be respectful to others at all times. Behaviour Anyone using the Breakthrough service is expected to behave in an acceptable manner at all times. Abuse in any form to people or property will not be tolerated and could result in membership being terminated. Privacy Staff and members have a right to privacy. Inappropriate contact may result in membership being withdrawn. Comments, Suggestions or Complaints Breakthrough aims to provide an excellent service which meets the needs of our members. It is important that members feel able to complain about things they don t feel are right, there are easy to follow guidelines to enable you to do this. Anyone wishing to express their opinion or views can do so through any member of staff, volunteer or via the suggestion box situated in the Cyber Café. Sessional Activities & Transport Charges A small charge will be incurred for most activities; you will be notified of any cost on the Breakthrough timetable or via leaflets and flyers. This payment would be required at the time of the session. Saturday trips and evening events would require payment in advance as places are limited. Computers Food and drink is not permitted near the computer area. Computers are available for use by members and Creative support staff, members will always have priority with availability. Websites which may cause offence to others should not be accessed in the service, if unsure seek advice from Breakthrough Management Personal Property Members should not bring items of value into Breakthrough. Members must take full responsibility for any personal items which are unavoidably brought into Creative Support Breakthrough. Please see a member of staff if you have any concerns. Contracts Where necessary, Breakthrough will facilitate specific agreements with individuals to ensure that the service is used appropriately. Breakthrough reserves the right to withdraw membership from anyone who is not willing to abide by the above.
