PURPOSE 2 Provide overview of the USAR Intermediate Supply, Materiel Management Team (MMT) and GCSS-Army Data Cleansing/Template Team upcoming requirements. Three Parts to the upcoming requirements. - Material Management Team (Slides 4,5,6,7,12,13) - GCSS-Army Data Cleansing Team (Slides 16,17,18, 19) - Intermediate Supply (Slides 19, 20) - All other slides pertain to all parts.

Performance Work Statement 3 Assist with materiel management actions up to but not including Property Book Officer (PBO) reserved actions Includes nearly all tasks governed by AR 710-2 and AR 735-5 Update materiel management records in USARC logistics systems (such as Force and Asset Search Tool (FAAST)). Attend/conduct briefings, meetings, and workshops pertaining to materiel management as required Assist with writing regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or other guidance pertaining to materiel management as required Prepare/submit reports as required

Inventory Team 6 Base location is FT Bragg, NC Mission 1: Item Unique Identification (IUID) Project. Mission 2: Assist Regional Support Commands (RSC)/ Equipment Concentration Sites (ECS)/ New Equipment Fielding Sites (NEFF) personnel with inventory/ Storage Inventory Management System (SIMS) management. Mission 3: Assist with SIMS data clean-up in preparation for GCSS-Army.

USARC G4 SS PB MMT 7 Base location at Ft Bragg, NC Manage the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Excess Property Book (W47AC5) Redistribute/turn in reclaimed Found On Installation (FOI) equipment Assist Inventory Teams with Item Unique Identification System (IUID). Assist the Inventory Teams with FOI, redistribution, and turn ins. Assist with the REBUILD Property Book (W47AC1)

Travel 8 All long distance travel requires Contract Officer Representative (COR) approval. Request travel approval via Travel Request Form (TAR). Approval Chain: Team COTR/TOR (Technical Oversight Representative) Company Supervisor Program Manager/Assistant Program Manager COR Upon receipt of approved email and TAR contractor personnel are required to make travel arrangements IAW their company policy. Government per diem rates apply. Stay within Travel Budget.

10 Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Work space, furnishings, telephone services, supplies. MMT Members will be issued a PBUSE V1 System. Inventory Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Quarterly. COR holds Primary Hand Receipt-W47A52. Submit signed Component Hand Receipt for GFE to Operations Manager/Program Manager Quarterly. Submit exchanges/turn in s to Program Manager (PM) as completed (printer, laptop, monitor) Provided NEFF Exchange Form. Submit updated Component Sub-hand receipt with serial number on laptop when changed.

PBUSE Roles and Permissions 12 Roles and Permissions are established by the command s individual PBO s Recommended roles and permissions: Team Chief Asset Vis SASMO SASMO permissions allow visibility of unit level information Supply Sergeant permissions may be granted if the command/company commander determines the need (in the absence of an assigned Supply Sergeant) Send PBO and Team Chief appointments to the PM

Contract Training Requirements 13 Training Requirements-At start of Contract and then Annually. 1) Cyber Awareness Traininghttps://atc.us.army.mil/iastar/index.php Acceptable Use Policy USARC Form 75-R. This form should be completed the same day you complete the Cyber Awareness Training. This form can be found in ARAMP and/or USARC Forms. You must upload this form in ATC Ft Gordon site yourself. 2) Anti Terrorism Training https://jkodirect.jten.mil. GCSS-ARMY POINTERS 16 Make sure Authorization document is validated in FMSWeb. Make sure Unit Identification Code (UIC)/Derivative Unit Identification Code (DUIC s) with equipment have a Property Book DODAAC. Make sure the UIC/DUIC s are valid in DRSS- A/FMSWeb. Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) SIC B will be moved to SIC A in PBUSE, prior to migration. Will cause property imbalance. PBO needs to be aware ahead of time. (expendable/durable) Component Listings Bill of Material (BOM)

GCSS-Army 17 Wave 2 began fielding in 2Q FY 15 and replaces PBUSE, SAMS- E and SAMS-FM located at 1,274 Army Reserve facilities captured in over 5,350 Sustainment Information Systems (SIS). GCSS-Army is being fielded to every organization in the United States Army from FY 2013 to 2017. If this mission continues past FY 2017, it may be added via change order. Services under this procurement will include analyzing 6,092 different Line Item Numbers (LINs). Business rules for data integrity in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution are unforgiving and will not accept corrupted data. On average, there are over 20,000 errors within the AR tactical logistics systems.

GCSS-ARMY 18 Everything we do (inventories, IUID, inactivation s, etc.) is geared towards clean data for GCSS-Army migration. Templates are a new requirement to Operational, Functional, Training and Support (OFTS) Commands, with already overtasks logistic staffs, can be difficult to interpret and complete. Subject Matter Experts (SME) working the drafts will ensure a successful migration. Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E).DMP file and validation documentation will be more of a suspense tracker and assisting SAMS-E operators submitting monthly files to the PM of GCSS-Army.

Intermediate Supply 19 Provides logistics support to the Army Reserve with Plant 2000 and 2001 with Class II, III (bulk), IV, VII and IX. Plant 2000 consists of Property Book, Unit Supply, and Maintenance Plant 2001 consists of SSA and Retrograde Sites. - 18 SSAs and 4 Retrograde Sites. Provides SMEs in Property Book and Unit Supply activities. Provides DODAAC Management and ANS Coordinator. Provides Material/Commodity Management in Plant 2001.

Intermediate Supply 20 Operates a help desk office for GCSS-Army. Assist units/activities establishing fund centers. Provide assistance with Zpark in budget execution. Provide Release Strategy. Identify and support actions needed to reduce SALE risk, costs, and address emerging issues. Be prepared to assist Fielding Groups to GCSS-Army
