December 3, 2014 RE: Confirmation of Representation and Status Pending To Whom It May Concern: Our law firm is representing Passport to College in the nonprofit formation process and application for their 501c3 status. The nonprofit s 501c3 tax exempt status is pending approval by the IRS. The IRS grants tax exempt status retroactive to the date of incorporation (May 1, 2014). Our firm has a 100% success rate getting our client s their tax exempt status and expects the IRS to approve the application for tax exempt status for this organization. The IRS is currently backlogged so the final determination letter granting the tax exempt status may take longer than the standard 60 to 120 days quoted by the IRS. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our office. Yours truly, TSW: sl Thomas S. Wrobel
