ANCES It is a private non-profit association with its own legal status. Spanish Business and Innovation Centres Association: 23 CEEIs / BICs 358 staff (more than 200 project technicians) 83.950 sqm for incubation of Innovating Enterprises It sprang from the idea of promoting economic and industrial development through the BICs, leading its experience in the creation of new SMEs based on innovative elements with the potential for development.
