Philadelphia Youth Orchestra s 2018 Gala Dinner and Concert held at The Union League of Philadelphia pays tribute to our talented students and world-class education programs with performances by the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra (PYO), Bravo Brass, and Tune Up Philly. Join us in celebrating the accomplishments of our 600 students enrolled in PYO s programs this year who will grow profoundly as musicians and as individuals. For each and every student, participation in PYO s nationally recognized ensembles is nothing short of a transformative experience. Now 78 years-strong, PYO is proud to train the leaders of tomorrow by using stellar educational and musical programs to build a strong sense of character, discipline, and commitment in our students. Proceeds from our Annual Gala directly support PYO s financial aid and scholarship funds, ensuring the continued pursuit of growth, collaboration, and musical excellence for all students, despite financial need. Again this year, our art show and sale will proudly present works by the prestigious Studio Incamminati. Throughout the reception, artwork will be displayed and available for sale.
