This training includes both ABC of sharp shooting and advanced defensive military drills during field mission. The training is very intensive and requires from participants both discipline and good understanding of team work during high risk security operations. Hostile Environment Protection DURATION: 7 days 70 hours [theory & practice] Advanced weapon skills (Handgun & Carbine) Convoy Arrivals / Departures Land warfare: force-on-force attack drills Convoy and Motorcade procedures Route selection and attack recognition High risk urban movement SWAT tactics Foreign weapon familiarization High risk foot formations High risk advanced work Hand to Hand Combat Final examination protective mission in the city AIM: Training will expose the participants to unique experience, which was acquired by our instructors on the territory of High Risk Countries around the world, during protection missions. Total environmental conditions, climate and population are real and most suitable for the simulation of Executive Protection training. All tasks are designed strictly for tactical response methods in High Risk protection missions. Until now, ESA has organized HEP courses in Israel, Russia, Brazil, Africa. The future training projects are about to be conducted in Colombia, Iraq and Jordan. Close Quarter Battle DURATION: 7 days 70 hours [theory & practice] Two, three and four man room clears Areas of responsibility Points of domination Sectors of fire Command and control Shooting on the move Target discrimination Hallway clears Stairwells Deliberate and rolling assaults FX Simunition scenario drills Use of ropes in tactical entries Vehicle stop, search and seizure Bus assault AIM: Our seven day close quarter battle course is for operators or units that want to learn combat-proven techniques of clearing a house or a structure both aggressively and safely. There will be no this is a trigger, this is a front sight type of classes during this week of intense training. Operators attending this class will be expected to hit the ground running. The week will be made up of two days of advanced shooting drills and include a stress shoot to make sure everyone can safely live fire inside a closed structure or any CQB environment. This will be followed by two days of live fire training runs in the shoot house, and one day of force on force simunition drills. This course will be taught by former military special operators who specialize in close quarter battle. The attendants will be expected to wear helmets and body armors or full kits for most of the drills performed during this challenging week of training. WEAPONS: Glock, MP5, B&T APC, M-4 METHODS: This course will be taught with use of classrooms and practical exercises. TACTICAL COMBAT CASUALTY CARE DURATION: 4 days 40 hours (theory and practice) Care Under Fire: - application of Tourniquet - rapid evacuation from the endangered places Tactical Field Care: - the allocation of all injuries - curing the gunshot wound to the chest - pneumothorax decompression - protection of airway - transfusion of intravenous and intramedullary fluids Tactical Evacuation Care TACEVAC: - preparing the victim for transport - exercises in scenarios with injuries imitation - Final Examination AIM: TCCC - Tactical Combat Casualty Care is a course divided into two modules: Basic + Advanced. It is a specially designed training course invented to fully prepare agents/operators in the field of first aid (battlefield medicine) while conducting tactical operations and providing the security at the same time. It is a unique tactical medicine training program that teaches TCCC techniques in an effort to prevent causalities and fatalities in a variety of tactical situations. EQUIPMENT: This Course will be thought using the Techline Trauma products, which are realistic and wearable; wound, burns and amputations simulations. The first one is to prepare the new Instructor Staff for providing and supporting ESA Courses in a country and abroad. Students who are evaluated best by Instructors during the course and meet all ESA requirements will receive an offer to work for ESA. Second objective is to acquaint the participants with the methodology and concept of trainings at ESA. This is an opportunity for instructors already operating in different fields to increase instructor qualifications by learning the concept of ESA, which has over 20 years of methodological and teaching experience in training the military, police and security personnel. As your training provider, we are not and cannot be held responsible for any applications to entry into the country you wish to take part in our courses. We will assist you with providing invitation letter and addition letters only after receiving full course fee in order to help shorten the visa process. Airport pick-up: ESA provides an airport pick-up on the day preceding each course. The pick-up place is Poznan Lawica Airport. The time of the pick-up is usually 17:00 18.00 PM for all attendees coming to Poznan. So Coffee Cafeteria at the Arrival Terminal is the meeting point. 16

Airport drop-off: ESA provides an airport drop-off on the next day after completing the course. The departure from the ESA Training Center occurs usually at 06.30-08.30 AM. The arrival at the Poznan Lawica Airport takes about 1-1,5 hours driving. All other requests for transfer from the airport to the ESA Training Center or from ESA Training Center to the airport will require an additional fee.
