The June 23rd meeting resulted in the following actions: INFRASTRUCTURE & DEVELOPMENT 1. County Engineer, recommending that public convenience and welfare requires the reconstruction of Riverview Road Culvert No. 5 at Vaughn Road in the City of Brecksville; total estimated construction cost $177,000.00. 2. County Engineer, recommending an award as settlement for property rights in connection with the installation of sidewalks on certain portions of Bagley Road and Fitch Road in Olmsted Township: Approved Appraisal (Fair Parcel No Owner Market Value Estimated) a) 13SH D.C. Department of Development, submitting an amended and restated agreement among the Cities of Cleveland Heights, Euclid, Lakewood and Parma for participation in the Cuyahoga Housing Consortium for the period 10/1/2005 9/30/2008. 14. Department of Development, recommending a payment in the amount of $110,000.00 to 200 Egbert Road, LLC, for a Pollution Legal Liability Select Environmental Insurance Policy in connection with the Tinker s Creek Brownfield Redevelopment Project for the period 6/10/2005 6/10/2015. An additional item, not on the printed agenda, was offered for consideration: Department of Development, submitting a contract with Champ Car World Series Cleveland, LLC, in the amount not-to-exceed $200,000.00 for the Champ Car Grand Prix of Cleveland for the period 6/1/2005 8/31/2005.

15. Department of Development/Airport Division, requesting authority to seek proposals on RQ3633 for an Airport Lease Analysis/Market Rate Study for the period 9/1/2005 12/31/2005; requesting authority for the Director of the Office of Procurement & Diversity to advertise for proposals. Administrator s Office, recommending travel authority and staff development for various County employees and authority to pay expenses for dues for elected officials memberships and County memberships. 18. Clerk of the Board, recommending various contracts and contract amendments for approval in accordance with Resolution No. 011440 dated 4/24/2001 which authorized the County Administrator to sign various contracts and contract amendments approved by the Board. The contracts and contract amendments follow as Items #18A 18P: 18A. Department of Development, submitting contracts with various providers: 1) Champ Car World Series Cleveland, LLC, in the amount not-to-exceed $100,000.00 for the Champ Car Grand Prix of Cleveland for the period 6/1/2005 8/31/2005. This recommendation was withdrawn from consideration.

2) Tetra Tech EM, Inc. in the amount not-to-exceed $12,978.40 for a brownfield environmental site assessment of property located at 3070 Berea Road, Cleveland, for the period 6/16/2005 12/13/2005. 3) Environmental Design Group, Inc. in the amount of $3,000.00 for a brownfield environmental site assessment of property located at West 3 rd Street, Cleveland, Permanent Parcel No. 008-23-003, for the period 6/23/2005 12/20/2005. 18B. Information Services Center, submitting contracts with various providers: 1) Group 1 Software, Inc., sole source, in the amount of $7,852.00 for maintenance on mailing software for Employment & Family Services for the period 7/1/2005 6/30/2006. 2) Hewlett-Packard Company, state contract, in the amount of $5,447.28 for maintenance on the VAX/VMS system for the County Coroner for the period 2/1/2005 1/31/2006. 18C. Employment & Family Services, submitting a contract with MAP Software, Inc., sole source, in the amount of $27,805.00 for maintenance on SansWrite Enterprise Edition software for the period 6/1/2005 5/31/2006. All items were considered and adopted by unanimous vote, unless otherwise noted. 19. Office of Human Resources, submitting personnel requests.

Department of Workforce Development, submitting a grant agreement and Assurances and Certification Summary, in partnership with the City of Cleveland, with Ohio Department of Job & Family Services in the amount of $15,905,232.00 for Workforce Investment Act Funds for the period 7/1/2005 6/30/2006. An additional item, not printed on the agenda, was offered for consideration: Department of Workforce Development, in partnership with the City of Cleveland, recommending an agreement with Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency for fiscal agent services in connection with the newly designated Workforce Investment area for the period 7/1/2005 9/30/2005; requesting authority for the County Administrator of Deputy County Administrator to execute said agreement. 21.
