The 40th Annual International Conference A Grand Celebration CONFERENCE PROSPECTUS October 13-15, 2011 Hosted by the Grand Chapter

2010 Sponsors A Grand Celebration! Gamma Iota Sigma is pleased to announce the 40 th Annual International Conference in Columbus, Oh elcome back to where it all began! Gamma Iota Sigma s 40 th Annual International Conference will be held in, where the first GIS charter was granted in 1966. The conference was originally designed as a forum for training collegiate chapter officers to more effectively lead their local chapters. Over the years, the conference has grown to incorporate much more. Today, the Annual International Conference also provides programs in professional development, educational topic sessions, one of the largest career fairs dedicated to the risk management, insurance and actuarial science professions, and countless opportunities to network with industry professionals and faculty and students from local chapters. At our 2010 conference, the Nu Chapter of Central Michigan University was host to over 250 students and faculty from 22 colleges and universities and we expect attendance to grow for 2011. We invite your company to experience the superior quality of Gamma Iota Sigma students by becoming a sponsor of this year s conference. Sponsorship provides your company with ample opportunity to meet our students and to network with all of our attendees. We also encourage you to consider presenting an educational session to contribute to the development of the future leaders in the insurance, risk management, and actuarial science industries. At several levels of sponsorship, we will provide the resumes of our attendees prior to the conference so that you are well-prepared to meet our students at the career fair. We also offer the opportunity for you to conduct first-round interviews with the students whom you select. In these challenging economic times when many companies are looking to reduce expenditures, we hope that you can view the GIS Conference as a way to maximize your recruiting budget it s like visiting dozens of the top schools at once! Please contact us anytime for additional information or to discuss sponsorship opportunities. We look forward to working with you. See you in Columbus! Fraternally Yours, Alan Hoffmann President, Gamma Iota Sigma President, Hoffmann and Associates Insurance Services, Inc. For additional information, please contact: Noelle Codispoti, ARM Executive Director Noelle.Codispoti@gammaiotasigma.org or 484.991.4471
