National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) New NIBIN facility and staff located at NCETR Conduct ballistic comparison of crime scene cartridge casings with other cartridge case images previously entered into the system Provide correlation and training for 27 states NIBIN facility and mission expansion on Redstone Arsenal Expand capability and facilities Increase the number of correlation technicians Expand the number of training courses offered to State and Local partners
