PHILOSOPHY OF CARE Westpark CMHT aims t prvide a cmmunity based mental health service fr adults living in the uter west f the city. The CMHT serves individuals wh require medium t lng term interventin which can be psychlgical, scial and pharmaclgical. The team aims t wrk in partnership with service users, carers and ther prfessinals, by giving advice n management f mental health prblems t ther prfessinals and by prviding evidenced based treatments fr thse individuals with time limited disrders and thse with cmplex enduring mental health needs. 4

ALL REFERRALS ROUTED VIA GP USUALLY BY LETTER UNLESS EMERGENCY All rutine referrals are triaged by Clinical lead except Urgent Referrals that are immediately triaged by Duty Wrker.
